This policy explains what information Red Peony ([[TODO: legal business name and address]]) collects when you visit redpeonyclub.com or place an order, and how we use it.

When you order

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered so we can send it to you. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

When you ask to hear from us

If you ask us to tell you when a size is back in stock, we keep your email address and the size you asked about, and email you once when it's back. If you also tick the box for news, or sign up at the bottom of the page, we add you to our mailing list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time. Addresses are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site.

When you email us

We keep your messages so we can answer you and help with your order.

When you browse

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and protect the site. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies; you can block them in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out. Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We use it only to fulfil orders, answer you, and, if you sign up, send you emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
